Visit the University of Tartu Museum with your whole family – there is plenty to discover for both kids and adults!
In addition to the permanent exhibition on the University’s history and values, there are many interactive exhibits in the annual exhibition hall. You can find helpful activities instructors in all the halls who will show you how everything works.
Take your family and discover the Crazy Scientist’s Office – a fun and educational environment where you can get to know the world of science through playing, observing, touching, tasting, smelling and experimenting! Every Saturday at 11:00 there are morning experiments in the Crazy Scientist’s Office. During summer, city camps take place for children of all ages. The Crazy Scientist’s Office is also a great place to host birthdays.
Every year on May 1, the Crazy Scientist celebrates the birthday of his office with a huge family day. Children’s workshops and other fun activities are also a part of all other big events – so keep your eye on the Museum’s events calendar!
Step into the University of Tartu Museum Shop where you can find books, souvenirs and games for all ages – buy it for yourself or as a gift.
